StrongHer is an 8-week coach-led program specifically designed for women who want to start their strength training journey in a supportive, judgment-free environment. You’ll train twice a week in a small group setting, learning proper form, building real strength, and gaining the confidence to continue your fitness journey long after the program ends. Along the way, you’ll receive nutrition tips and guidance to complement your training, helping you understand how to fuel your body for performance and recovery.
