Synergy is located in the Mount Continuing Care Facility, beside the horse pasture, in the lower level just inside the main doors.

Coaching, programming, and classes are available everywhere. But not at this level. Our coaches are proven over decades. Our programming is sought out by other gyms. And our training philosophy integrates fitness into busy, ambitious lifestyles like yours.
