We provide a range of training styles so you stay challenged and motivated. From strength-focused sessions to conditioning and mobility work, there’s enough variety and structure to make results inevitable.
Synergy Strength
This small group training experience is led by one of our friendly and qualified trainers and will consist of a full-body workout consisting of multi-joint resistance training. Our programming will allow you to improve your strength and range of motion while providing the necessary coaching to work on technique. The workouts can be modified to work around injuries or limitations!
Synergy Tabata
Assault bikes, treadmills, kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, and more paired in a high-intensity interval circuit! The heart rate stays up as you battle through several rounds of Tabata. Bring a partner and push through this sweat session together! Big work output with short rest periods creates a good little burn to push your cardio to the limit.
Synergy Plus
This class is designed for our older populations who are looking to remain active without the need of pushing to the absolute limit. This is great for those who are looking to build strength so they can interact with the grandkids, or to be able to enjoy their life in retirement through their hard-earned success. This class focuses on balance training, joint strengthening, full-body mobility, and more. All led by a certified coach who can modify the workout to your needs.
After-School Sport Performance
Empower your child with our After-School Sport Performance Program! Designed for ages 10-16, this program focuses on building strength, improving fitness, and promoting overall health in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will learn proper techniques and exercises tailored to their age and skill level, fostering not only physical development but also confidence and teamwork.
Synergy HIIT
This small group training experience will get you moving and keep you moving!! Our trainer will coach, encourage, and challenge you during this upbeat workout. You never know what you might get in this class. Tabata, EMOMs, circuits, or complexes will provide you with an efficient and sweaty workout.
Synergy Hybrid
Experience the Synergy Hybrid Class, a dynamic hybrid class combining strength training and high-intensity intervals! Start with a revitalizing dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for an intense session. Dive into strength-building barbell movements alongside slam balls, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises, keeping your heart rate up through high-intensity circuits. This class is crafted to start strong and finish hard and is ideal for all fitness levels.
