Off-Season 2020

“An off-season like no other”

Due to the unusual circumstances thrust upon us, we have been tasked with modifying what our typical off-season program looks like. This is the time for us all to control our controllables and make the best of the time we have.

It is with that mindset that we have created a training program that will provide our athletes with the quality programming, coaching, feedback, encouragement, and camaraderie to which they are accustomed to as part of a Synergy Fitness Program.

Each program will include: Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ); Mobility; Strength and Core Training and Conditioning alongside seminars in Goal Setting, Mental Skills, Athletic Lifestyle, Injury Prevention & Rest and Recovery.

Below are the features of the program:

Bantam/Midget/Junior (Starts May 4)

Monday Strength/Core (Zoom)

Tuesday SAQ (via Zoom), Outdoor Sprint Program

Wednesday Strength/Core/Mobility (Zoom)

Thursday SAQ (Zoom), Outdoor Conditioning

Friday Strength/Core (Zoom)

Saturday Optional Workout (via Trainheroic)

* Sport Science Seminar will take place bi-weekly on Mondays

* Zoom sessions will be recorded - athlete can catch up if they miss a session

$99 plus tax/month

This cost can be used as a credit to the Synergy In-Gym program when health restrictions allow for opening of the gym

Atom/Peewee (Starts May 4)

Monday SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness)/Strength (Zoom)

Tuesday Sport Homework (Skills, Balance, Conditioning)

Wednesday SAQ/Balance/Strength

Thursday Sport Homework (Skills, Balance, Conditioning)

Friday SAQ/Strength
