2019 Off-Season Training

Get off to a great start this off-season by building a base of strength and speed. The spring sessions will focus on developing quality movement patterns and 

strength training techniques, as well as increasing cardiovascular fitness

which can be enhanced throughout the off-season

April-May​

  • Combine Testing and Athlete Analysis
  • Individual Training Program
  • Sport Science Saturday Seminars (Testing, Nutrition, Mental Skills, Goal Setting, Introduction to Olympic Lifting)
  • Personal Nutrition Assessments
  • 60 minute Training Sessions
  • Flexible Training Times (over 15 times to choose from weekly)

24 Session Package    $279 plus tax 

16 Session Package    $219 plus tax


Great seasons are created in the off-season. Synergy’s summer program will develop strength, speed, and power through through proven training methodologies. 

Periodized training programs will include: weight lifting, plyometrics, multi-directional quickness, and metabolic training to ensure athlete reach their potential this season.

May-September

  • 60-90 minute Training Sessions
  • Flexible Training Times (over 18 times to choose from weekly)
  • 10 Ice sessions in July and August (limited space available)

24 Session Package + 10 Ice Sessions   $700 plus tax

36 Session Package + 10 Ice Sessions   $900 plus tax

Unlimited 3 Month Package + 10 Ice Sessions    $1400 plus tax

Unlimited Total Off-Season + 10 Ice Sessions     $1800 plus tax
