Synergy's Small Group Sport Training Programs are designed for athletes looking to take their game/sport to the next level. The focus in each session/program is to develop the age/sport specific attributes of the athletes such as :

Fall/Winter (3 Month)


3 x week - $499 plus tax

2 x week - $349 plus tax
