Foundation Program 2025
Starts January 6th, 2025
This Foundation program will be a 12-week journey focusing on the quality of movement and healthy habits through smaller weekly goals.
Each week has a fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goal to strive for with an accountability card to keep track.
Certified coaching is provided to help navigate the workouts and help you maneuver through the obstacle called life.
Exercise program delivered through an app to help track progress every step of the way.
Nutrition guidance to help with basic nutrition strategies and recipes to incorporate into your routine.
To cap it off you'll have a small group to support you and to keep you accountable through the process.
