The Why

In today's fast-paced world, there's a resurgence in the demand for personalized online workout programs. Tailoring fitness routines to individual needs enhances motivation and also maximizes results. These programs empower users to embark on a transformative fitness journey by focusing on personal goals and preferences. Embrace the resurgence of personalized fitness and discover a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.

The purpose of this program is to help individuals who may be struggling to create the proper momentum to begin their journey into health and fitness. It can certainly be a difficult jump whether both physical and/or mental and can lead to problems later in life if not taken into consideration now. Most people work out to break a sweat but don't take it any further. This program is here to help you train with a purpose. Each training session builds onto the next one. 

 

Therefore, we want to do our part to be able to meet people where they are and help them revive their spirit in wanting to live a fulfilling and active lifestyle.​​​​​​​​

Foundations Program Breakdown 

 

​​12-Week Program​

​

​This comprehensive 12-week exercise program is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're aiming to build strength, increase endurance, lose body fat, increase muscle, or improve overall health. The plan integrates exercise routines, nutrition guidelines, lifestyle habits, and coaching support to ensure sustainable results. It will be tailored to those who are relatively new to exercise and/or have become stuck in the journey within the early stages.

Weeks 1-4: This phase will focus on establishing direction to help guide you in the right path to sustainable habits. We'll work on basic movement patterns, learn the why and importance of program structure, uncover nutritional weaknesses, and begin to set up a strong foundation.

Weeks 5-8: We will progress the program with proper exercise modifications and begin to put the necessary building blocks into place. We will start tackling some of the obstacles with healthier food choices and provide strategies to help you towards your goal.

Weeks 9-12: During this final period we will make the final adjustments to your training program to maintain progress and begin to look at what the journey will look like upon completion. For your nutrition we will continue to progress weekly goals to ensure we are now shifting to a long term lifestyle change so you can continue cultivating momentum.

- The workout program will be delivered through our TrainHeroic coaching platform where you'll be able to track progress with your weights and movements during your weekly training. Each week we will be looking to progress the program to challenge the body to create the desired adaptation. We will also talk about the exercise program structure and what to look for when selecting a future program to ensure you are receiving something of value.

- Nutrition guidance will be provided to aid in fat loss and muscle gain throughout the 12-week journey. We will discuss strategies and share recipes to help shift our habits into a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. We will discuss the main macronutrients and why you need to keep a close eye on them when prioritizing diet for your training lifestyle.

- With this program, we will create an accountability group to help each other stay motivated while working towards our goals. This helps with motivation and discipline, knowing that the group is working towards something together. It is easy to let yourself slip through the cracks on your training and nutrition consistency; however, when there is group support, there is a higher chance of success as you don't want to let the group down.

- You will have access to a coach through the whole journey with periodic check-ins taking place. There will be group events and info sessions with Q&A's to help gain clarity on any of the topics.
