930 - 10:30 - Foundational Movement Skills Training

10:30 - 11:00 - Snack and Sports

11:00 - Multi-Sport Games

12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch

1:00 - 2:30 - Afternoon activity (Biking, Park, Scavenger Hunt, Sports)

2:30 - 3:00 - Snack

3:00 - 4:00 - Foundational Movement Skills / Sports

4:00 - 5:00 - Free Play and Pick-up
